The hotel made my stay easy until after 11 pm, but the rooms smelled strongly like extract fumes from the kitchen below due to hot weather. The service was absolutely brilliant, super helpful, and exceptionally welcoming. The location was perfect to see Bilbao and San Sebastian, but finding parking was a bit of a challenge. The dining experience was basic but acceptable. The facilities were well-assorted and clean.
